Creating your Arsenal

Creating your change in your life, specifically when it comes to becoming the best version of yourself, can feel like an overwhelming task.  I'm here to tell you that it is easier than we think.  As I have gone through my journey, I have found that this is what has helped me achieve my change.

Step 1- Create an Echo Chamber

Do nothing...just kidding.  What I mean is that I don't want you to go out and join a gym or pick a "diet".  Don't make any resolutions or dig out your old Tae-Bo tapes.  Instead what I want you to do is create an echo chamber for yourself.

Step 2- Set your Intentions

Now that we have created an echo chamber, we need to start setting our intentions.  This will make the rest of the steps easier to follow and it will take the thought  out of it.

Step 3-Nutrition

Now that you have set your intentions, I want you to sign up for a nutrition logging app.  I prefer myfitnesspal because of ease of use, but you can decide because there are a lot of them out there.  You've come this far, so before you leave, click the link.  I'm probably not recommending what you think I am.

Step 4- Get Moving

Now that we are getting your nutrition dialed in, let's talk about getting moving or at least preparing ourselves to get moving.  So don't dust off those Tae-Bo tapes or join a gym yet.  We want to make sure that your body is prepared for it.
